A parkland community

GEO Developments has spent a significant amount on landscaping treatments to enhance the natural environment at Little Creek. The community has been carefully designed around 13.5 hectares of central community parklands with playground equipment and timber pavilions. There are bike trails, kick and throw areas and plenty of places for the kids to explore in the safety of their own neighbourhood. The landscaped park has more than enough facilities to cater for a family day barbecue or picnic.

The Australian bushland surrounds also offer the perfect place to escape, with walking trails and an array of bench seating throughout the community. Tracts of existing bushland are being retained to create not only a peaceful setting, but a sustainable environment for the future. Conservation work has also been done to sustain Briffney Creek, which runs through the centre of Little Creek.
